Refund policy
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with an order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily replace the item or issue a refund.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened candles, wax melts, lip butters, room sprays, or any other product we make. We do not accept returns for scent preferences. Sale, clearance, and custom items are final sale.
